2. Product Information
We make every effort to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur. In case of discrepancies, statutory consumer rights under UK law will always prevail.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify which payment methods are available in their country.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

• Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China
  If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, you are entitled to the remedies provided under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate return policy for all conditions. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, provided that all return conditions are met.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment if the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

All content on the website (including texts, images, and logos) is the property of Harrisdale London and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@harrisdalelondon.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant UK consumer protection authority or seek independent dispute resolution.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
