At Harrisdale London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to (partially) return is not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return by contacting us at info@harrisdalelondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
After receiving the item at the return address and approving its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
